Key Responsibilities:
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a diverse and multifaceted environment. As the Director of First Impressions, you will:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls while warmly greeting office visitors.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
  • Process tax returns and financial statements.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, FedEx, UPS, and couriers.
  • Oversee the file room and maintain office supplies.
  • Update and manage the firm’s contact database.
  • Assist with newsletters and office correspondence, including engagement letters and basic tax forms (e.g., power of attorney forms, extensions, payment vouchers).
  • Coordinate scheduling and the use of conference rooms.
  • Maintain and organize client files (physical and digital).
  • Scan physical client documents into PDFs.
  • Support the office manager with IT systems, office equipment, and vendor relations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (flexible based on experience).
