Receptionist needed for busy Law Firm located in Atlanta. This position will represent the company as a first point of contact for all visitors so a professional, yet warm demeanor is a must! Please see detailed list of duties below:

  • Answer and route telephone calls
  • Open and close office
  • Validate parking
  • Maintain front office appearance
  • Greet clients
  • Set up rooms for meetings and depositions
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Confirm appointments
  • Print, prepare, code and send outgoing mail
  • Profile incoming electronic faxes
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Open, scan and code incoming mail
  • File, copy and scan documents
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed
  • Assemble any and all manuals/packets when needed and store

Qualifications:

  • 6 months - 1 year experience working in office support
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain deadlines
